General Policy

Tee Time Bookings

Tee times can be reserved online at all 3BGolf courses or by contacting the Pro Shop directly by email at info@3bgolf.ca or by phone 705-526-7711

Our convenient online booking system is available 24/7 and allows for reservations up to 7 or 10 days in advance, depending on the course. Plus, there are no extra fees for booking online.

Cancellation Policy

Your tee time is held specifically for you and your group. If you need to cancel, please provide at least 24-48 hours’ notice to allow the course to re-book the slot.

Frequent last-minute cancellations or no-shows may lead to a suspension of booking privileges.

Price Matching Policy

We do not offer price matching for deals or third-party discounts across any of our courses.

Power Cart Policy

Power carts are based on two riders. If you prefer to ride alone, a surcharge may apply. You can reserve carts in advance, but availability is not guaranteed until you check in at the pro shop. For the latest updates on cart and course conditions, please contact the course directly.

For tournaments, carts will always be reserved. Carts are optional at all 3BGolf courses, and you must have a valid G2 driver’s license to rent one.

Course Closing Hours

Closing times at all 3B Golf courses depend on weather and daylight conditions. Courses typically close at sunset or once the last group finishes. In the case of severe weather, the course may close at any time, so it’s best to check with the course on such days.

Walking on the Course

For safety reasons, only golfers are allowed on 3BGolf courses. All players must have their own set of clubs.

Outside Alcohol Policy

Bringing or consuming outside alcohol is strictly prohibited on all 3BGolf properties, as per Ontario’s Alcohol and Gaming Commission laws. Non-compliance will result in confiscation of alcohol and possible removal from the course. We have a zero-tolerance policy in this regard.

Dress Code

At 3BGolf, we aim to maintain the tradition of the game by encouraging appropriate golf attire.

  • Collared golf shirts are preferred, though mock necks and sleeveless golf shirts for ladies are acceptable.
  • Denim is discouraged.
  • Only soft spikes or soft-soled shoes are permitted.
  • No tank tops or cut-off shorts allowed.

Accessibility

3B Golf is committed to providing accessible and equitable service to all our customers. Whether you’re a member, green fee player, or part of our team, we ensure that everyone has the same opportunities to access and benefit from our services. We communicate in ways that respect the needs of individuals with disabilities and will make accommodations as necessary.
