General Policies

Tee Time Bookings

Tee times can be reserved online at all 3BGolf courses or by contacting the Pro Shop directly by email at info@3bgolf.ca or by phone
705-526-7711.

Our convenient online booking system is available 24/7 and allows for reservations up to 7 or 10 days in advance, depending on the course. Plus, there are no extra fees for booking online.

Arrival Policy

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests, you are encouraged to arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled tee time. This allows sufficient time to check in and prepare for play.

Cancellation Policy

Your tee time is held specifically for you and your group. If you need to cancel, please provide at least 24-48 hours’ notice to allow the course to re-book the slot. Frequent last-minute cancellations or no-shows may lead to a suspension of booking privileges.

Price Matching Policy

We do not offer price matching for deals or third-party discounts across any of our courses.

Power Cart Policy

Power carts are based on two riders. If you prefer to ride alone, a surcharge may apply. You can reserve carts in advance, but availability is not guaranteed until you check in at the Pro Shop. For the latest updates on cart and course conditions, please contact the course directly.

Please be advised that all power cart operators must possess a valid G1 or higher-class driver’s license. All users are expected to operate carts in a safe, professional, and responsible manner. Failure to comply may result in verbal or written warnings, suspension of future cart rental privileges, or, in serious cases, removal from the premises and prohibition from accessing future services.

Unacceptable behaviour while riding power carts and general course conduct includes, but is not limited to:

  • Bumping, racing, or reckless operation of power carts;
  • Driving on greens or restricted areas after being asked not to by staff or volunteers;
  • Disrespectful or aggressive behaviour toward staff, volunteers, or other players on the course;
  • Ignoring pace-of-play guidelines with a power cart or when walking on the course;
  • Damaging course property or failing to follow posted signage due to the use of a cart or when walking on the course;
  • Excessive noise, inappropriate language, or any disruptive conduct.

Please note: power carts are only to be used while golfing and must be returned to the marshals at the end of the round.

Course Closing Hours

Closing times at the 3B Golf course depend on weather and daylight conditions. The course typically closes at sunset or once the last group finishes. In the case of severe weather, the course may close at any time, so it’s best to check with the course on such days.

Walking on the Course

For safety reasons, only golfers are allowed on the 3BGolf course. All players must have their own set of clubs.

Outside Alcohol Policy

Bringing or consuming outside alcohol is strictly prohibited on the 3BGolf property, as per Ontario’s Alcohol and Gaming Commission laws. Non-compliance will result in confiscation of alcohol and possible removal from the course. We have a zero-tolerance policy in this regard.

Dress Code

At 3BGolf, we aim to maintain the tradition of the game by encouraging appropriate golf attire:

  • Collared golf shirts are preferred, though mock necks and sleeveless golf shirts for ladies are acceptable.
  • Denim is discouraged.
  • Only soft spikes or soft-soled shoes are permitted.
  • No tank tops or cut-off shorts allowed.

Accessibility

3B Golf is committed to providing accessible and equitable service to all our customers. Whether you’re a member, green fee player, or part of our team, we ensure that everyone has the same opportunities to access and benefit from our services. We communicate in ways that respect the needs of individuals with disabilities and will make accommodations as necessary.

Changes to Policy

3B Golf Club reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify these terms and conditions from time to time. Any such modifications are effective immediately upon posting on its website and apply to all members.

Rules and Regulations

3B Golf Club shall have the right, in its absolute discretion, to accept or reject any membership application. The club shall not be required to provide reasons for its decision to accept or reject a membership application. The club may establish such an order of priorities for consideration and acceptance of applications as it determines to be appropriate.

Course Conduct & Repeat Offences Policy

To ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all, every guest is to follow all posted rules, policies, and directions provided by staff and volunteers.

Repeated or deliberate violations of course policies—including but not limited to misuse/breaking of equipment (e.g., power carts), failure to respect tee times or playing 18-holes but paying 9 holes, harassment, or disregard for staff instructions—may result in formal warnings.

Continued non-compliance may lead to:

  • Suspension of access to course services;
  • Issuance of a No Trespass Order;
  • Permanent removal and blacklisting from the property and all affiliated events.

We take the safety, fairness, and integrity of our course operations seriously. By entering the premises, all guests agree to adhere to our rules and to conduct themselves responsibly at all times.

Unacceptable behaviour includes but is not limited to:

  • Bumping, racing, or reckless driving of power carts;
  • Driving on greens or driving/walking on restricted areas after warning;
  • Playing more holes than paid for;
  • Harassment, verbal abuse, or disrespect toward staff, volunteers, or other guests;
  • Tampering with or damaging course property or signage;
  • Ignoring pace-of-play expectations or tee time protocols;
  • Excessive noise, intoxication, or disorderly conduct;
  • Repeated refusal to follow posted or verbal rules;
  • Littering or disrespecting the course grounds and environment.

We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for all.
